Shipping & Turnaround Policy

Krafted is based in Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines. Because we offer both ready-to-ship retail items and made-to-order/custom items, turnaround times vary by product type.

Ready-to-ship items (Buy Now)

Orders for in-stock retail items (such as our 3D Printing - Retail line) are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Made-to-order & custom items (Request a Quote)

Custom printing, personalized 3D prints, large format printing, and design services are produced after your order and quote are confirmed. Production time typically ranges from 3-10 business days depending on complexity and order volume, and will be communicated to you at the time your quote is approved.

Shipping within the Philippines

We ship nationwide via trusted third-party couriers. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for Metro Manila and nearby provinces, and 5-10 business days for other areas, after your order has shipped.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order, or provided as part of your quote for custom orders. All shipping fees are shouldered by the customer and are shown before you complete checkout (or included in your quote for custom orders) — they are not built into product prices.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather, or high order volume may occasionally affect delivery. We will keep you informed if this happens.
