SHIPPING POLICY
At Krafted, we strive to ensure your orders are processed efficiently and delivered safely to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipments.
Processing Time

Small order are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation and payment.

Custom and bulk orders may take longer to process depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.

We do not process or ship orders on holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location from our Pickup Hub. LBC rates are based on Metro Manila to your destination.

All Shipping Fees are shouldered by the customer.

We offer the following shipping options:

Grab or Lalamove Pickup from our Krafted Hub located at Pasig Blvd., Pasig City

LBC scheduled twice a week for areas outside Metro Manila

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through our designated carrier's website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@kraftedph.com and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Krafted is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns for custom items. Before production begins, all custom orders are sent to you for final approval, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations. We highly encourage you to review the design and specifications carefully. Once you approve the design, your order goes into production and cannot be modified or canceled. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your item, and we will work to resolve the issue.
